1. no intimation provided before payment about 3hrs refresh room, no night stay. but after payment was made it was mentioned in the voucher *3hrs refresh room, no night stay*. i paid extra to get a 1 night stay. the worst experience ever. poor service, and room provided to get one night stay in a dormitory 😔. partitioned with plywood
