We recently stayed at this hotel as a family of four — my wife, our two kids (an 8-month-old and a 5-year-old), and I — and we had an incredibly comfortable and memorable experience.
From the moment we arrived, the staff impressed us with their warm hospitality and positive attitude. Everyone, from the reception team to the waiters and housekeeping staff, was courteous, professional, and genuinely attentive to our needs.
The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the food was simply amazing — fresh, flavorful, and with a good variety to suit all tastes. The location of the hotel is beautiful, and the clean swimming pool and kids’ play area were welcome bonuses that our children thoroughly enjoyed.
What truly stood out was the care and attention the staff gave to our children. They went out of their way to prepare customised meals — like porridge and apple puree for our infant and fresh juices made to order for our older child. This level of thoughtfulness made a big difference and made us feel right at home.
One incident on our last night truly highlighted the integrity and professionalism of the staff. My wife unknowingly lost her gold ring at the hotel restaurant. Before we even realised it was missing, a staff member approached us with the ring, asking if it belonged to us. Such honesty and promptness are rare and deeply appreciated.
And to top it all off — the hotel’s chef is not only great in the kitchen but also a talented singer, entertaining guests with his voice as beautifully as he does with his culinary skills!
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families with young children. We left with happy hearts and lasting memories.
