Alaya Stays Serene Woods Hotel Near Mall Road

This property is perfect in terms of food, staff services, ambience, location. Food - You will get delicious, light and tasty food. Location - it is little bit far from Kasauli main market but it gives serene and mystic views of mountains , very calm and peaceful stay. Amenities - The property is newly built they have everything you ask for, beautiful decor and very comfortable stay. Staff behavior - they were all so kind and polite be it food department, receptionist or house keeping department. The service was very quick and always with a smile. Overall I just loved staying there and came back very happy. Would love to visit again! Thankyou Alaya!

I had checked into a different property, which I did not like so. I was looking for a better stay. I came Across this property and found it to be extremely well-built. My first experience of interacting with the staff at the reception was great. Then I immediately book the property via MakeMyTrip. The view from the Alaya Stays Serene Woods Hotel Near Mall Road rooms were extraordinary. I had lunch, and it was great!!

The property is located at a very peaceful location just 5 mins walk from the main road. The view from the balcony and the bed is really good! It is well maintained and the service is very good. The staff are very welcoming and courteous. The manager Udeshe ji is managing the property really well! We skipped the crowd at Kasauli and stayed here in Dharampur and we don’t regret it at all!

Very nice hospitality, the staff is very helpful and warm, the property is new and modern, spacious rooms. Minor hiccup we faced was that the room was without a view
