Hotel Sunrise Cottages

Nice place, food and service is good but it’s veg. Otherwise it was great experience. We also enjoyed the live music that I love most

On a four lane busy highway, the hotel feels like lodging in a market place, however the rooms being at floors beneath the ground floor, and windows opening towards valley side, give a hill station feel. food is good but somewhat on the expensive side.. restaurant is quite a good place to sit but service is weak..

The location of the property is absolutely amazing, and the service overall was good. However, the room we were initially given did not match the pictures shown online, which was disappointing. Thankfully, the owner happened to be present at the time and quickly addressed the issue by upgrading us to a better room. That gesture was truly appreciated. Unfortunately, our last day was quite inconvenient as the property ran out of water. Despite waiting for over three hours, the issue wasn’t resolved, which significantly affected our experience. With better maintenance and consistency, this place has the potential to offer a much smoother stay.

cottage rules are very bad. please check the cottage rules before you book. you can talk loudly, you can't play music loudly, they are saying that encourage you to have a silent.

The room and view was good, but amenities weren't that good, overall 3/5, room is spacious, washroom was clean,

This is a good property to stay in, the rooms are very clean and beautiful. Obviously the view from the room is adorable. North india food was also good but noodles and pasta was not up to the mark. We faced some difficulties in reaching the property just because of 2. 5 kms off-road. The roads here are so narrow that only one car can pass at a time. If another car comes from the opposite direction, it's very difficult to manage. This property is very good for nature lovers.

no feet mat , no slipper, room was goodd , clean , nice location , beautifull view from window , nice food.

Staff not cooperating and they have not effect that customer will do repeat visit at hotel and not provided slippers after long discussion also and even ower also not bothering about guest amenities so it's terrible

Very beautiful place. Really loved the stay. Toy train view, balcony view, cafe in the hotel everything was amazing clean and hygienic

Easy to find, peaceful environment, restaurant look and view is good, just food is costly, else everything is fine at this cost, compare to others

They are totally unprofessional people and they don’t quote exact prices for the property and the manager was very rude and arrogant in nature. Food was average and very costly

I came for a staycation here with my sister, it has very scenic rooms and with good view for family people too.

No cleaning, pathetic food quality and worst staff. We booked this hotel for 2 days. There was too much smell in room.

The staff is helpful and courteous, the location is great. Rooms are comfortable and have the option of accommodating an extra person. However they should provide tea/coffee in the rooms and better lighting. The saturday night live music was great

Service is lil bit slow, dental kits not available, soap not available, single towel was there. Service time is very slow

This was the most painful experience of my life so far. This property showed something in the pictures but in reality nothing was found there. The fan in the room kept running very slowly the whole night and mosquitoes did not let me sleep. Complained three times for the tv but it did not work. The light in the bathroom was fluctuating. Mobile could not be charged as the three pin socket was burnt. Pathetic service. Totally waste of money.
