Hotel Mountview

The entire room was stinking severely. Black and dirty water was coming from all taps. There was no drinking water provided. No basic toiletries were available. We repeatedly requested the reception for support. After almost one hour, the Duty Manager came and casually informed us that the water filter had been cleaned in the morning and we would get normal water within 30 minutes. Even after waiting two hours, nothing improved.

Resturant service is poor as nobody bother about customer requirement

The room was smelly...not tolerable to stay ..the bed was hard as a stone..even despite asking them to change the room they didn’t and the room was very old completely different as shown in the pictures.

The stay was ok, poor cleanliness, our room kettle was broken and dirty although they change it after. Washroom shower and tub is so dirty. Had breakfast less options but decent food.

It’s a very bad hotel — there’s no cleaning, the rooms smell bad, and the bathroom is very strange. The bathtub was broken.

Average. A lot of things were not in place. Had to ask for cleaning multiple times before they actually came to clean the room.

Title: Disappointing Stay - Poor Maintenance and Hygiene Rating: 1/5 stars I'm extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. The property looks old and it shows in the condition of the rooms and bathroom. The bed and bed covers were soggy, and the moment I entered the room, I was hit with a really bad odor. I requested the staff to send someone to freshen up the room, but no one showed up. The age-old sofas are dirty and damaged, adding to the overall neglect of the hotel. The toilet seat had stains over it, which was really unhygienic. Given the state of the facilities, I'm shocked to see this. Unfortunately, my experience was really bad, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and clean stay.

Everything was ok except breakfast time as coffee shop is over crowded and noisy like a fish market

Room No 324 was below average, needs a major upgradation. Washroom was stinky. I’ll rate it as 2 star property.

Worst Hotel.It should be 3 star hotel. No one to care for. You are at your own. Food is below average.

I have forget my footwear in the room and now they are not giving it back and neither they are picking my call

The bathtub leaked and had to call the super every time i took a shower. Rest of the stay was okay, breakfast was nice and the staff was cooperative as well.

Very disappointed with my stay at Hotel Mountview. The room is unclean, the furniture and bathroom are old and dirty, and even the curtains look unhygienic. The lift is outdated and the food quality is extremely poor. This is far from what one would expect from a 5-star hotel.

Food was horrible and stale with very limited options for vegetarians. Pizza had stale cheese. Services were not good at all. Complementary things like cake and decoration were not at all included. Worst experience overall. Would never recommend to anyone.
