Hotel Mountview

One of the oldest property in Chandigarh, yet very decent and properly managed, with all the amenities and a market near to the property makes it a great choice for business trip

Hotel bar and the dining room were deserted. On enquiry i came to know that it is because of Navaratri. So I had the whole beautiful property to myself to enjoy. Hope it fills up on Dussehra or immediately there after.

Location property and facilities are all ik but food not up to the mark of 5 star....need big improvement and innovation in breakfast buffet.

The location is good, but the property needs to do more as far as maintenance is concerned, the management needs to focus on the same

The hotel staff was not welcoming and did not co-operate as expected. WE also requested to pack our breakfast one day advance and they agreed. But on the day, we did not get the breakfast.

Property service and food is better and staff are much comfortable !!

The bathroom was not cleaned, and the shower was broken and wasn’t working well. Rest of the things were pretty good. I just have complaints with the washroom and the quality of toiletries.

We had an extremely comfortable stay at Hotel Mount View. The rooms were clean, the facilities were plenty, and the location was absolutely great. I would recommend the hotel for a comfortable stay.

1. Unlike my previous stays at this hotel, it was terrible this time. The room given to me was sub standard, maybe the worst reserved for those booking 2. The hygiene, maintenance and upkeep was below par at par with a bus stand side hotel. The curtains were torn and dust at most places. 3. The bathroom was also not maintained properly. When I raised the issue, they changed my room but the new room allotted was equally bad with below par cleanliness and issues with the ACs. 4. I think the hotel is overhyped due to its perfect location, good lawn & extensive space. The staff is unprofessional.

Pathetic rooms, hotel not maintained at all. Rooms were so filthy and not cleaned. Food was also very average.

The room amenities, breakfast menu could have been better. It appears of a 4 star hotel, not 5 star. There is some scope of improvement. Otherwise overall comfortable stay

It’s nice but need improvement as per tariff not that up to mark facilities. Once I request to change the room becoz of cockroaches but yeah they changed my room but its make me disappointed once

I had a very comfortable stay at the property. The location was convenient and easy to reach, with nearby attractions and good connectivity. The food was tasty and served fresh, and the facilities were well maintained. Rooms were clean, staff was polite and helpful, and overall the stay was relaxing and enjoyable. Definitely recommend to others.

I recently stayed at Mountview Hotel and would like to share my experience. The food served at the hotel was of very good quality, both in taste and presentation. Cleanliness throughout the property was also maintained at a high standard, which made the stay comfortable and pleasant. However, one area of concern was the responsiveness of the reception desk. I tried calling multiple times, approximately six to seven times, but unfortunately, no one answered my calls. This lack of response was disappointing, especially considering the otherwise positive experience. I hope the managem

Property is ok. However, room services are not up to the mark. Pathetic room service. Had to call multiple times for menu and orders. Not a pleasant experience.

The room are in very bad condition they are smelling very badly the food also tastes very bad the bathrooms are also dirty
