The hotel's ambiance is very good, and it has an excellent location. The rooms are very clean. The food quality is actually good. The staff is very responsible and polite.

My stay at the property was very comfortable. The location was easy to find and well-connected to nearby markets and tourist spots. The rooms were clean, spacious and well-maintained. Staff was polite and helpful throughout the stay. Food quality was good with decent variety. Amenities like Wi-Fi, parking and room service worked smoothly. Overall, a pleasant and value-for-money experience. Would definitely recommend

Serene Woods Alaya Stays is actually one of the finest properties I have come across in Kasauli. Staff support, Ambience, Facilities and even the approach has been beautifully at par. I recommend everyone to visit it atleast once and enjoy the city’s beauty once. Special credits to Rakesh ji and Service Team as well.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Alaya Serene Woods, and I must say it was a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, courteous, attentive, and of course welcome drinks. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The hotel is newly built, and the room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained with all the necessary amenities. Housekeeping did a fantastic job in ensuring everything was neat and comfortable throughout my stay. I especially appreciated Mr Rakesh for the quick service. He communicated through WhatsApp for meals and other things. It truly added value to my overall experience. The hotel’s atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it an excellent choice for both leisure and business travelers. There are about 15-20 car parking spaces, and they also offer valet parking. The hotel is about 100 meters from the main highway and is a bit narrow, but easily accessible. If you're a new driver in the mountains, they'll be sure to help. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it to others. I look forward to visiting again in the future..

I would strongly advise against booking this property. Unfortunately, my stay was a very disappointing experience. The most alarming issue was that there was no electricity for nearly 15 hours, and to make matters worse, the property had absolutely no form of backup power — no generator, not even a basic inverter. In today’s time, it is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable for a hospitality business to operate without any contingency plan for such situations. While a few members of the staff were genuinely polite and tried to be helpful, others seemed more focused on receiving tips rather than providing any real service, which left a very poor impression. The food, which could have compensated for the lack of comfort, was mediocre at best. Certainly not the standard one would expect when choosing a place to relax and unwind. Overall, this stay highlighted serious issues with both management and guest experience. A property that cannot provide basic necessities like electricity and a reliable backup system, while also delivering only average food and inconsistent service, cannot be recommended. I would not suggest this property to anyone who values comfort, professionalism, or even basic preparedness during their travels.
