Green Coast Resort

Very poor management. There was nothing like service. Food taste was not good . No light at night. Management wasn’t using Genset . Hot water was not provided in spite of repeated requests.

1. Location is not secluded, the view from the room is quite basic. 2. Average room with basic amenities missing, we had to ask for coffee mugs, glasses etc. The electric kettle was broken 3. Poor room service, most items in the menu are missing 4. Breakfast was not buffet, only available in room. If the price would have been under 2500, no complains. The property doesn’t have any area to walk around. No idea how they have such high rating. I will not recommend this place

Booked their balcony room! It was very comfortable and the view was great! Staff was helpful and we received a good service overall! Food was average!

When me and my friend arrived, there were only men in the hotel and all of them were highly drunk and not in their complete senses. Even the receptionist was drunk. Since we were both females, we gore scared and had to call our brother on urgent basis. Our brother drove for 1 hour and came from panchkula at 12 a. M. On top of that, the washroom tap was broken and the flush wasn’t working. Overall, very average stay.

The room service was not good the quality of hygiene was not maintained and overall there was no water in the washroom for which we complained many times but there service was given very late also tea and breakfast was served cold which is not acceptable when we are paying a heavy amount of tariff for a below average property

Wonderful experience, very supportive staffs and quick service. Tasty food with timely delivery. Must visit.

Spacious and nicely located property with a good view. Lacks basic amenities in the room. Expected much better services

The room was cleaned and view from the room or terrace was awesome. The hotel staff was very supportive and calm.

Green coast resort is around 5 kms away from kasauli. Stay was good, crew members are good. Balcony side view is attractive. Food and snacks were delicious. Overall services are good we enjoyed the trip.

Beautiful room, view is okay, staff was courteous. Overall a comfortable and pleasant stay. Booked through mm t and got a good deal.

What ever he said he was a cheater immediately changes n telling lie changes his view. No facilities nothing else starts fighting.

Head a great stay location is peaceful and staffing very polite and responsive. The quality of the food is the best part room is with balcony and get a awesome view from the room. The room are large and washroom are clean and are of high quality fittings l would recommend this place for a peaceful stay
