Housekeeping was not good. No proper response. No services available till 8 am. Bill desk for crowd card not working. Did not get bill copy. In-room dining was also not available till 8:30 am. Overall bad experience.

Our room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered breathtaking views of the mountains. Our room at the resort was absolutely stunning. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the spacious layout, elegant decor, and attention to detail. The bed was incredibly comfortable with high-quality linens, and the pillows felt like clouds—every night’s sleep was pure bliss. The room was immaculately clean and well-stocked with thoughtful amenities . The private balcony offered breathtaking views of the mountain making it the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation. We left feeling refreshed, pampered, and already planning our next visit. Highly recommended for couples, families, or anyone needing a rejuvenating escape!

We loved the beautiful mountain views. The gardens were well-maintained with colorful flowers. The sunset was amazing, with the sky turning pink and orange. The food at the restaurant was tasty and nicely presented, with warm and friendly service. This place is perfect for nature lovers and those seeking a peaceful getaway.
