Food is pathetic with less options. Though staff is helpful. Service is super slow as well. No non veg food and alcohol, you have to purchase from outside, also this is step wise cut property, you have to shift lifts

Unprofessional & Rude Staff

Very disappointing experience. The check-in time mentioned was 2 PM, which was completely fine for us. Even though early check-in was subject to availability, we were ready to wait till 2 PM. But despite multiple follow-ups, they gave us the room after 2:30 PM. When we politely asked for a proper timeline or clarity, the staff rudely told us, “You can take a refund and go.” Shockingly, another staff member later admitted that the room was already ready at 2 PM. This shows complete lack of coordination and professionalism. The attitude was rude, unhelpful and definitely not customer-friendly. We expect basic courtesy at the very least. Also there were no tissues, no handwash in bathroom, iron. We went to Sterling because of a brand name and such kind of behaviour is not expected. I am requesting a refund for the inconvenience and the unprofessional behavior we had to face.

Everything was fine but there is a scope of improvement for toilets, the faucet/jet pressure was too high. The food needs to have more variety too.
