The owner was very kind she gave the information about everything a day prior which made things really smooth. The room had an amazing view and was very clean. The common area was very clean as-well. We had a very comfortable and Home like stay. Mr. Neem the caretaker was very kind and sweet as well

I loved my stay here and found it very cozy and romantic. The views from balcony are great and food is very tasty. The location is best right on main road and still there is no sound so it’s amazing

No Good Experience

My experience was average and bad not good, it is not hotel as it is apartment type as also mentioned in hotel name. Not much comfortable for privacy concerned. Food items are limited and do not have much option. The room i booked was already been allotted to other person and i have to manage for other room. Their check in time is 1:00 PM. So overall my experience was not good.

Dear Rohit The whole Kasauli knows this is a serviced apartment and you got a call one day prior to check in from my staff who inform you about the property the amenities and food menu, since you booked it and got the voucher also how can you even imagine you booked a hotel. Also when you book only one room in a 2 bhk the other room will be booked by another guest of course but we make sure there is full privacy. Kindly do book and pay for a hotel next time and enjoy 😊

We recently stayed at Nirvana Urban Woods for our friend's birthday, and it was an absolutely memorable experience. The property is stunning, surrounded by nature, peaceful, and tastefully done, making it the perfect escape from city life. A special mention to Neem, the caretaker, who truly made our stay exceptional. He was not only friendly and kind but also cooked us some of the most delicious, homely meals we’ve had in a while. His warm hospitality made us feel completely at home. We had a total blast celebrating the birthday! from relaxing in the serene surroundings to enjoying good food, music, and laughter with friends. Everything was smooth and well taken care of. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a getaway with friends or family. Can’t wait to visit again!

Memorable Mountain Stay

The hotel really surprised me in the best way. The view of the valley from my room was absolutely beautiful and just calming to look at. What made the stay even better was the caretaker Neem, he was genuinely kind. The room itself was clean, well-kept, and felt comfortable from the moment I walked in. Everything was well organised, but done right.

familyGreat stay and amazing experience , we enjoyed the sun in balcony while having hot tea and breakfast and enjoyed the breeze and winter in evening with bonfire 🔥 which was great experience in itself . Food was excellent and we all found the property clean and decor very warm and colorful and tastefully done. Full marks for hospitality provided by the owners.

I had a wonderful stay at urban woods. The caretaker was super helpful and friendly. The rooms were very spacious with all the required facilities. Its around 9 KM before Kasauli but if you are coming in your own vehicle then commuting would not be an issue.

Nice property but no privacy with second room. Mattress needs upgradation too hard had a back ache. Food was nice and catetsker was very helpful.

Dear Saurabh this is a 2 bhk serviced apartment where if you book just one room then you sometimes to get to see the guests of other room also but since the rooms are entirely separate we make sure that everybody gets privacy but if you don’t wanna see anybody you could book entire flat , thanks for your stay

Dear Puneet thanks for your review and since we have guests coming in everyday not everything can be dirty but yes if you found a particular corner in parking or stairs not upto the mark you could point it out and get it remedied and that’s what staff is for. We shall look into the matter anyway.

The location of property is perfect if you want to visit kasauli. Our stay was excellent and neem bhai, our caretaker made our stay way more comfortable. Food as well as amenities services were also good.
