The room service was exceptional, with prompt responses to any requests. I was especially impressed by how efficiently and politely everything was handled. Whether it was a request for extra amenities or a quick room cleaning, the staff were always on their toes, ensuring my stay was as comfortable as possible. Staff & Service: What really stood out was the staff. Every single member of the team was courteous, polite, and genuinely eager to assist. Special mention goes to Sunil, the manager, who exemplified outstanding customer service skills. He made sure that all my needs were met, and his attention to detail made the stay even more enjoyable. His approachable nature and professionalism were truly commendable. The property is easily accessible on Dharampur kasauli road. The rooms are spacious and aesthetically pleasing. Service is prompt. The food is excellent and served hot. The view from our room was very refreshing.

One of the finest hotels to stay in kasauli in terms of view, comfort & services. Food was amazing, Ashish & Ajay provide great hospitality. Also, arranged water bottles, ice bucket & hot milk for kids late night as well around 1am even when kitchen was closed.

This place and it's people are a Gem. Great food, great staff, great location, and great Cleanliness. This place will make you feel like home, but with extreme pinch of Luxury. Suraj and Manish at front desk were the best people I ever met when it comes to honest conversation with the customer and taking care of the stay. Sunil from F&B and others Rohit, Ashutosh, Mohit, Ashish, Ved made the experience so delightful by offering exceptional food and service. The hotel was exceptionally maintained, thanks to Lekhraj and his team. Every room of this hotel has a Balcony and the views are breathtaking. The rooms and washrooms were flawlessly cleaned and linens were as good as new. Whether you visit Kasauli or not, but do just come to this property and experience the best hospitality.
