Overall experience was great. The stay itself is quite warm and luxurious. The hosts made it even better for us. The food and service were great and timely served. There was also complimentary carwash along with a spacious parking.

The property is easily approachable, lovely staff and always accommodating to your needs. The food is tasty be it be Indian or Chinese and the breakfast served is great. I would highly recommend this property for families. The property is well maintained and it feels like home.

The stay was beautiful very well maintained! And the care taker Tushar was there all the time, he took the extra effort to make sure we had a comfortable stay. And the food was yum as well!

Hidden Gem, Great food and Hospitality, Can't find single complaint

We absolutely loved this place! Everything was immaculate – the cleanliness, the ambiance, and the attention to detail truly stood out. The chef did an outstanding job; every dish was delicious and full of flavor. The service was spot on, especially thanks to Pankaj, who was assigned to us. He made sure we had everything we needed within minutes and added a personal touch that made our experience even better. Highly recommend this place for a wonderful dining experience!

caretaker mnoj was amazing but owner did not had any audacity to atleast entertain guest small request. Atleast they should have answered phonecall

Stay at Alaya’s was amazing, Reaching at the location was super easy and view from the Alaya’s was breathtaking. Room or I should say exclusive apartments were super clean and definitely exceeding the expectations of what you see in the pictures. Staff was super polite and specially Surjeet was super helpful and always taking care of all the needs. Definitely recommend this property if you want to spend some quitecation although Kasauli and Dochi to explore some nearby towns. See you soon Alaya.

this is one of the best stays i had. beautiful location and amazing views from the apartment balcony. apartment was very clean and well managed. food is great. everything is made fresh. so dont expect meal to be ready in 10 mins. its worth the wait. wood fired oven pizza is awesome. Chef (Sagar) ensured that he makes it as per your taste. Manoj took care of all the needs since we arrived. Surjeet is very helpful with smooth checkin and checkout, and helped arranging local taxi. overall a wonderful stay with amazing views and excellent food. A minor suggestion - sofas need some attention. they can use covers to avoid getting the sofa stained.
