It is a 2 bhk flat in a 2 storey building. The place is very very secluded, including the complete road upto the cottage. The nearest resort is 7 km away so it is completely quiet. The rooms are smaller than the pics, although nice. Extra bedding available in 1 room already so 5-6 people can easily stay. Some lamps and lights, including the one on balcony, don't work so in case you want to sit outside at night, you'll need your own lighting (we'd luckily carried fairy lights. The views from the room and the common area are nice just as shown in the pics in the daytime, at night it is not really visible cos of extreme dark. The nearest tuck shop for basic stuff like milk etc is at-least 1 km away uphill so plan accordingly. If you have a driver you'll need to make separate stay arrangements. Kaveri the owner and the care taker shani were weirdly rude to us 3 girls on the trip. The owners of the entire building stay in the flat next door however and are pretty nice. There is no terrace though as shown, only the balcony. Bonfire if needed are at extra charge. Overall average experience.

It was the worst stay property was very isolated with no people around and the way to enter the property was very bad the road was literally narrow and not proper. Even the amenties mentioned was not at all present it seems like the property was not all used from months and furniture was broken some switch board was coming off when plugging in the socket, bathroom door was not closing, wifi was not working, tv and remote was not working even the care taker was also not theta everytime. Host is also not good very bad experience no-one should go here, my worst decision

We stay here with family and it was excellent experience to choose this place, super excellent site surround and views, specially here caretaker mr dushyant is very caring, totally worth to stay here

Sukoon cottage is the best place for family holidays. This is far away from the busy life. Very peaceful and calm place to stay. Hardly 20 minutes from mall road kasauli. Kitchen is equipped with almost everything required for self cooking. Rooms are cozy and clean.

The view from the property is beautiful. The care taker was kind enough to help us reach the destination at night when we deviation from our path. It is a good place especially if you are planning a trip with your family.

The property was really beautiful with all the amenities. We travel-led as a family of 10 and had a wonderful stay. The caretaker was very very helpful. The only downside is the road to the property was a bit narrow and approx 5-6 km from kasauli. But once you reach the property it's just wow!

Sukoon cottage is part of an apartment complex and is a little on the inside road. Pros 1. The location is really calm and serene. 2. The apartment is very neat and clean, and the washrooms are also very clean. 3. Geysers and heaters in all rooms 4. Very nice view from the large balcony 5. Fully functional kitchen 6. The caretaker is very helpful 7. Ample parking cons - 1. Little far from main kasuali, about a 30-minute drive. 2. The road leading up to the cottage needs repair 3. Carry your own food stuff and drinks 4. There are no food options nearby. There is hotel bliss, which delivers here only via caretaker. Rest, the overall experience is excellent. Recommended for family outings or couples both.

I think this is the only villa or cottage in kasauli that is giving this lovely view. Very hygienic property. I got lot of options to book in kasauli but i am glad i choose sukoon cottages over everything else. We were family and it was fun to stay at the property washrooms, kitchen, rooms were very clean. Inf-act the door mats was also neat and clean. All the rooms have a very lovely view. Huge balcony to sit and enjoy

The property was good. Clean. Care taker is good n helpful. View was good. Like the space of the apartment. The only drawback is that there is no food in the hotel, have to order from outside which takes min. 1 hour to reach. Otherwise all the things are good or you can say better than good. If you are looking for peace and close to nature away from city life, you should definitely try this place. It totally justifies the name sukoon.

The sukoon cottage is one of the best homestays in kasauli for sure. It's a little far from the city centre and the grocery markets are around 1. 5 km away so i'd recommend that passengers stock up on any groceries they might need on the way here. The view from the balcony is absolutely gorgeous, the rooms are clean, comfortable & cozy. The caretaker raj ji is very responsible & accommodating. This place is really awesome. I went with my family. The location is fantastic. The view from the apartment is wow. The master bedroom had large windows with good mountain view, living room is also spacious. Space wise 5/5. Balcony 5/5. Good place to stay with family and friend.

It was a pleasure staying at this 2bhk we'll managed by kavya. Location is 4 kms from the garkhal. It is a nice apartment with excellent views of kasauli and forest area. They have provided with otg, tosser and induction to cook food. Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed or weekend getaway a lot. I will definitely stay there again.

What a lovely place it was. I stayed here for a day. Next day we have to checkout as the property is always sold out. The owner of the property mars kavya is very prompt and helpful. Also, this is here holiday home so is taking very good care of the property. Very genuine rates for per night stay. The mountain view from the property was unobstructed and lovely. Absolutely loved our stay willing to come here again with my family again.

Nice views and the weather was awesome. A nice cottage needs to focus on more cleanliness. It really defends its name no honking only skoon
