Hampstead Residency | Valley-view Apartments, Kasauli

The property was very clean, hygienic, beautiful with a wonderful view. There was full privacy and the service was efficient. Even with landslides in hp and power cuts, there was proper power back up and we faced no issues regarding electricity. The tea is amazing n it's a must try but you cannot order anything after 10pm. Also, there's a parking issue. We were getting late but still couldn't take out our car because the other guest's car was standing behind ours and we had to wait for him to take it out first. For directions also, we had to wait as they did not pick the phone on time or called back even when given a heads up, till we had to reach ourselves. So all in all, it's a beautiful stay and a must visit because of the wonderful view and a comfortable experience.

The stay was amazing the place is located in the middle of kasauli and solan to it becomes so easy to get access to both cities. Their is zero traffic at the location the view is so amazing. The property itself is so beautiful and amazing. It was the most comfortable stay. Rooms are so spacious and well ventilated. We didn’t even feel the need of ac in room as the rooms are itself so cold and ventilated. And the best part is food so homely and delicious that you won’t be able to get over it. All and all it was a perfect place for a staycation with family and friends

Amazing property with mesmerising view. Both host (ravi) and owner (dipti) are totally dedicated towards hospitality. Even entire staff truly make you feel like home. I had travel-led with my toddler and they were utmost considerate of my requests. There was power cut in entire kasauli valley but they kept generators running for entire time and for some time i felt that this was the only property having electricity in entire valley.

We went there with our family weather was very pleasant. The serene mountain and valley view from my balcony were breathtaking, creating the perfect backdrop for the tranquil retreat. The location is good with a superb valley view, not too far from the city. To sit and relax and to enjoy the quietness of the hills.

What a wonderful Hotel.. We had 1 excellent, very clean room - with a balcony - with glorious views of the hills and city. The staff was so pleasant, helpful and accommodating - they even sorted our laundry and taxis. The food was the best we’ve eaten so far on our travels.

The stay was extremely comfortable and peaceful. We had our dog taken along with us and there was no issues regarding our pets comfort. We did carry everything that our dog will require plus the staff was very pleasant to talk with.

Although the property is in the outskirts of Kasauli but the stay is very beautiful and calming. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway this is the stay for you. Staff is also good and polite.

I had a word with the owner, she was very courteous and helpful but the lamps in the room were not having bulbs and also some curtain issue was there with the sitting area rest all was fine
