The room was dirty and smelly,the linens were stained, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. It was a very disappointing stay.

The Stay was really bad. The owners were not cooperative and misbehaved with us. The room was not cleaned, they cleaned the room when we arrived at the stay. Washroom taps were broken. The temperature at kasauli was really down, and their geyser wasn't even working. Overall it was my worst experience there. Please prefer some other place for your stay, if you can. The place isn't worth a penny.
