Poor food, hygiene and hospitality, location is average

Shower and faucets were broken. Poor hygine in washroom. They are not maitaining a kitchen inside premises, arranged food from outside and served cold food in winters. In every hotel specially in winter, they provide an electric kettle for hot water, but that was also not provided there.

There was not plug near bed for Mobile or laptop charge there was only one plug in whole room. So please give some plug near bed or in washroom. But overall is good staff and room service is good.
