location food service all was good but I was unhappy at some points 1. In the hotel facilities they mentioned air conditioning room but I found there was no AC in standard room 2. There is no power back up I have to face long power cut three times 3. There is no parking for the hotel they asked me to park on the road side

foul smail continuesaly coming from bathroom. room was durty. staf behaviour is very irritating.

Stay was okay but the room was not in good condition, plus the washroom was not maintained and smelly, towels were not clean overall okay but the washroom and toiletries were the good

HOL is all about inhale calmness, exhale stress , beautiful place with very polite staff , Food is really delicious overall it's Awesome experience

Location was good, but not a value for money. Service was average, hygiene of common sitting area was not maintained. Room’s amenities are damaged and need makeover. Overall with such a high price it’s not worth.

I left my ear phones in the hotel while checking out. But when i get back. They just refused that no earphone is here at the hotel.

Stay was good. For a family with child/children, booking a bigger room is beneficial since regular room is not so spacious. Staff was good and courteous.

Everything was pleasant and calm, room were clean and hygenic, service is also too good, recommended to others too.

The hotel staff is very good, their service is simply perfect. And yes, the property is well maintained and clean. If you are travel-ling as a couple or family you will love it.

Property was beautiful. I loved the view from terrace. There service was very slow, but the behaviour of staff was very helpful and welcoming.

Staying here was a nightmare for me. This is not a family hotel. This is a lodge situated just on the nh5. The rooms here are not the same which is shown in the images. The hotel where i stayed was not a hotel. I booked home stay But they made me stay in lodge like room. Stink i bedsheets, smelly rooms. Some guest who came there were quarreling whole night. No car parking. This is nightmare for me and my family. I request everyone if you prefer safety and security of your whole family. Wants value for money then don't book this lodge.

Property is good but management needs improvement especially condition of rooms and services. Staff needs to be more punctual and sincere. Table, chairs, towels etc were not cleaned and hygienic. Tv was not functional and staff did not rectified it inspite of complaining.

Overall experience was ok. But the condition of room was very bad. Walls were patched with tapes, walls were in really bad condition along with the switch boards. But food and overall experience was fine.
