Terrible Stay

I was told by property owner that he did not get confirmation about hotel booking and asked me to pay 12000 through Google pay

Kindly advise how is the owner to be blamed for a new booking you were making on the phone? The prevailing rate was quoted to you. How can your stay be “Terrible” when you didn’t even stay with us. Request you to stop misleading others with your inappropriate review.
