Required Hygiene properly property good but things needs to be clean in the hotel kitchen not hygiene

It's excellent stay amazing location view from valley and pool view , cooperative staff and food quality and quantity is good. Wood creek hotel is the best so I always prefer this for my stay.5 🌟

Nice property at beautiful location, staff is amazing.. food serves till 11 however room service is available till late night 🍻

If you want to enjoy quietness, you can opt for the place. Little expensive as compared to its standard as better resorts are available at lower prices.

Amazing stay , clean and hyigne in hotel rooms, Amazing service. And food is very good with affordable rates. Location is so beautiful. Whenever I planned kasauli I always preferred wood creek hotel.

- Hospitality was good - rooms were clean but some repairs were needed like I found some wedge(कील) at a place. - breakfast did not have much variety. - had some humming sound in room which could not be fixed. -

It's good but old property. Rooms are not clean and maintained as per 4 star hotel. -service was good. -breakfast buffet was good. -only one mineral water bottle in one night stay -no gym

Staying in this property was a terrible experience! no hygiene foul smell everywhere in the premises pathetic pool overall i suggest not to go there if you want to have a good time with your family big no for this property! even the reception area is in pathetic condition no cleanliness bad smell in the dining room along with poor services! o god what else is left they are fooling people by showing good pictures taken years back and charging this much amount ! stop fooling people guys !

Location of the property was very convenient snd stay there was very comfortable. Not many people were staying there. Service was good and staff was very friendly and courteous. Food wars good. Pool was not clean and working properly. Rooms and washroom need proper cleaning.
