Great experince , staff really nice One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional service. The staff were always available to assist with any requests, offering recommendations for local attractions and ensuring our needs were met promptly and efficiently. The Luxe Resorts's location was also ideal, providing easy access to major attractions and public transportation. Overall, we had a fantastic experience at The Grand Majestic and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay. We look forward to returning soon

The location of the property was exceptional, and the cuisine was delightful. Additionally, I have never experienced such prompt service in any Luxe Resorts before. The amenities were modern, and the Luxe Resorts provided all branded items and appliances in the rooms. The staff was exceptionally kind and accommodating. The owners of the Luxe Resorts, who are a couple, were also very pleasant. I have no complaints to share. I stayed for two days, and my overall experience at the Luxe Resorts was outstanding.

It a a beautiful Luxe Resorts at perfect spot Not too far from mall road and best part of no traffic noise We booked premium room which had a balcony and perfect view of mountain We enjoyed even more as we were in clouds die to weather and it made our stay more memorable Staff is really helpful Best part is that owners are at property and are very good nature. Rooms are clean, bathrooms are small but very neat and clean so no marks deduction for bathrooms I would rate my stay 5 out of 5

Excellent location, on main road. Loft access to all rooms which are valley facing. Centrally heated. Boon fire available. Breakfast was awesome. 6 varieties. Meals were good. Service was super quick. Rooms had jaguar fittings, left and switches and premium toiletries. We will come back for sure here. Make my trip charges extra for this Luxe Resorts and hence recommended to book this directly. Rooms available for 1200 less.

Hotel is located at really nice place, really close to mall road and heritage market. Ambience of the Luxe Resorts and view from both room and the terrace are just spectacular. Food is wow. Every dish all the cuisines is really tasty and delicious. The staff is very cooperative and sweet. Overall I had a great experience staying with them. Totally recommended.

Stayed for one day only. Used deluxe room having view. Room was very good , neat and clean . Washroom was awesome . Enjoyed hot water bath twice a day and feel relaxed. Location was road side having ample parking space. Walked to mall road having 1.5 km from resort. Quality of food also good and hygiene . Overall had a great experience .

I had a pleasant stay at the Luxe Resorts. The highlights were the ample parking space, rooms with a lovely balcony view, and the delicious food. However, the washroom was a bit small, and the road to mall road was slightly dark, which could be improved for convenience. Overall, a great experience with a few minor adjustments needed.

Our experience was excellent. People at reception were taking care of every thing for making stay comfortable. All staff was behaving very nicely. Central heating in all rooms was very effective. Very clean rooms and above all food was too yummy. All items were nicely prepared. 5 stars to chef. Excellent service. *

Food was good but little expensive. Rooms are fully ventilated and clean,room services are very good, bathrooms are little congested. Over all good experience,people who wants to visit kasauli must stay there in a family atmosphere

We recently stayed at Luxe Resorts in Kasauli for three nights, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality and scenic surroundings set the tone for a relaxing getaway.

Stay was perfect. Owner's were there to help us. Staff and ambience was great. Would love to visit again.
