Relaxing balcony views but a compact property

Following is my review after spending two nights in November: Pros: The room was truly a super deluxe one — spacious and comfortable. My son could easily sleep on the sofa. The balcony offered a beautiful valley view, perfect for enjoying a cup of tea or a beer in peace. Cons: The resort isn’t a large property, so don’t expect long walks or open spaces to stroll around. The swimming pool is more for namesake — very small, with a depth of only about 1.5 to 2 feet. Some service delays were noticed, though the staff did respond promptly once the reception was contacted. The management could improve staff training. There was no buffet for lunch or dinner, which is something most resorts offer these days. Overall if your idea of a vacation is to relax in your room and enjoy serene valley views from the balcony with a drink in hand, this place is a good choice. But if you prefer a large resort with open areas to explore and better amenities, you might find it a bit limited.

Good Stay

A very good resort in its price point. Our stay at the resort was good. Staff is courteous,prompt & very helpfull. Food is also good. Many activities are there to do for kids as well as elders. Overall a very nice & peaceful experience. Some improvements or suggestions which i would like to give:- 1.)Swimming pool water is not that clean need to work on that asap. 2.)Room Mini fridge doesn’t work if someone want to chill something like a beer or cold drink then one needs to contact reception to keep that particular drink in there big freezer of kitchen as rooms mini fridge doesn’t do the job. 3.)In months of May,June definitely there is need for Air conditioning but this resort lack that as all rooms here are non AC. If these things which i mentioned above are taken care of then it will be great.

Our resort stay was extremely good, the staff was courteous and friendly. They have a nice menu, the food seemed pretty homely and simple. The breakfast options could have been more diverse. The location is a little far from main Kasauli, hence it was peaceful.

One of the best places to stay in kasauli

Booked two deluxe rooms. The rooms were clean, spacious and well maintained. The view from the balcony was awesome. Management and staff were very welcoming. There was ample parking space. The property was large and had two playing areas for kids and there were indoor activities as well. Food was also tasty. Overall a nice experience.

Property location is good, a little out of main market area but this gives it a edge on view. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Nice view from balcony of almost all the rooms. Hotel staff is friendly.

The hotel is at a very good location, mall road, church, sunrise sunset, monkey point are all within 1.5-2 km from this hotel. The service of the hotel was not very good.

Unresolved Safety and Service Concerns During Our Stay

Our stay was initially good, but a fire started in the forest adjacent to the hotel, causing our room to fill with smoke, making it difficult to breathe. Unfortunately, the hotel did not offer an apology or any compensation for the inconvenience. We had to check out early in the morning and couldn't complete our stay. Addressing these issues would greatly improve guest experience in the future.
