Worst place to stay

We booked 3 rooms but no heater was provided. The receptionist asked for an extra rs 1000 per night for the heater. Service was very poor and the staff was very rude to us. I would recommend not to stay in this hotel as there are many other good hotels nearby kasauli.

You chatted with the receptionist manager or spoke in your bad language but the receptionist manager did not tell you anything, the receptionist manager remained silent, he bought you a heater and gave you a heater for Rs 500, you said that you are trying to defame the hotel. Gave a heater for Rs 1000 and for your information, you have to pay the heater charges in all the hotels. You have to pay extra for the heater if you stay in the hotel.

Excellent and sober behavior of staff. Rooms are spacious. Bath rooms are poured with hot water round the clock. Beautiful look of hilly terrain in day time with fascinating sight of twinkling lights from windows. Buses are available frequently for kasauli market at five rupees in 10 minutes drive. Taxi services are at hand. Hotel serves food on its menu. Homely food is available in local area. Worth so-ending money. Recommend.

Room was good. No hill view on first floor rooms. Offline room booked by other at cheaper tariff. Mall road is 3. 5 kms upward. Taxi fare from hotel to mall road is rs. 200. Overall experience was average. Hotel is for those couples who want to stay in room itself. Tv was with local set top box and no recharge. Tariff is little over priced. It should be around rs. 1000- for balcony rooms.

If you're looking for a comfy and peaceful place you can check this place out. It's a 10-15 mins drive from the kasauli mall road so you can drive and enjoy the view a bit more on the go too. The caretaker guy was pretty helpful and nice. The rooms in itself were clean and hygienic with basic amenities. Deff would visit on my next trip!
