Great place with delicious food..!!!
All and all I would highly recommend people to stay at Best western kasauli because of its peaceful location and the delicious food they serve....the staff was polite and real helpful....so kudos to best western..!!!!

BAD EXPERIENCE WORST EXPIERENC
ā 1-Star Honest Review If you're planning a one-day relaxing trip to Kasauli, I strongly advise not to book this hotel. First of all, this hotel is not located in Kasauli, but rather on the outskirts, far from the main hill station. It is situated on lower hills, not the proper hilltop, so the temperature here is much warmer compared to Kasauli town. The so-called "valley view" rooms are mostly on the ground floor, and the view is blocked by the terrace shed, which completely ruins the experience. The remaining rooms offer city views, with no hill station feel at all. Also, the Mall Road is about 14 km away and takes more than an hour to reach, making it highly inconvenient. There are no nearby attractions or places to explore around the hotel. The property itself is small, with no swimming pool, no gym, and very few activities, so thereās a high chance youāll get bored. Itās better to stay somewhere in central Kasauli where you can actually enjoy the weather, views, and vibe. Lastly, the staff was extremely unprofessional and had a lot of attitude, which made the experience worse. Iām giving it 1 star, and I will not recommend this hotel to any of my friends.

Average Stay
The behaviour and service quality is good. The rooms and hotel are also good. But the location has two strongly negative points: A. It's quite far from Kasauli. There is no market nearby or any place to hang around. B. It's altitude is much lower than Kasauli; so the temperature is much higher maybe 10 degrees Celsius higher, than Kasauli. So it doesn't feel like one is in a hill station. The food is very good but it's more expensive by around 30 percent when compared to similar hotels. So, I would not like to repeat my stay there.

Terrible Stay
the most disappointing and shocking thing is that at the time of check out the hotel team came and checked the room whether everything is at place or not and made videos in front of us. They pretended like that we will take something from there hotel along with us to our home. We have been to many 4-5 star hotels in India and outside India but never ever faced this type of disrespect from the hotel. Very Very disappointing. This thing felt very humiliating, disrespectful and against our honour. Must see to this thing seriously.

overall a very premium weekend gate away stay with family
One of the finest stay! We booked suit room and it was too beautiful. The washroom and the room was very neat and clean, very well built. Smart tvs installed. The view from balcony is very beautiful.you can have a cup of coffee sitting at the balcony. Coming to the morning buffet - its was limited but very tasty and too fresh. We ordered multiple items from the menu at lunch and dinner, everything was worth spending. Dining service is bit slow but considering the quality of food, one can ignore the delays. Staff is humble and polite.open area near restaurant is well maintained and we sat for hours for chit chat and our kid enjoyed the swing chair. I could not find any specific nearby market or Roam around area near property so if you are looking for stay at property only , then its the best option.
