Excellent Stay
Had the most amazing stay at Destine Villa in Kasauli with my friends. The views were absolutely stunning. The Food was delicious. The service was exceptional. The staff especially Sharad & Prem were extremely warm, helpful, and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this place if you're planning a trip to Kasauli – we’ll definitely be back soon

- staff - is wonderful - food - is ok and worth to money - amenities - there is lack of some basic amenities need improvement - services - that commitment made by star vista at the time of booking is not full fill - price - is over charged or too costly

Terrible Stay
Destine cottage in kasauli is quite overpriced in my opinion. The cottage is located at the farthest end of the hill station and we had trouble locating the place. The roads leading to the cottage are bad. At the cottage, there were a lot of ground issues. First, the fan in one of the rooms wasn't working. Considering the days are super hot during the summers, this was a huge let down. There is no WiFi also and we had a hard time accessing the internet using air-tel data. The commode seat in one of the bathrooms was broken. There was no water in ro. Imagine paying inr for a night and getting such bad experience. They charge for lunch and dinner and there is no welcome from the vista room staff or the owner of cottage. I'm not visiting this cottage again.
