Beautiful location but not the stay

The location is nice but the experience could have been way better. Room was average, kettle was dirty, linen was dirty. U had read reviews for great food but what we had is not edible. Overall, not a great experience. More importantly, this is not a 5 star facility... may be a 2 star, 3 star if a stretch.

First they checked in me in a wrong room, an hour later when i was sleeping they were beating the room latterly and saying change the room you have to go to our new property, somwohow i managed that but there new property is mot fully ready i would say, when i asked there for lunch they said kitchen is closed you are late, when i made them realise there mistake of wrong check in they arranged me sandwitch. Dinner was ok ok in morning there were no electricty for 20-25 mins when i called them they turn genrator on. In breakfast they only serve 2-3 items as they said only 2 rooms are occupied in whole property so menu is limited, if whole property is occupied then we make full menu, i didn't have any breakfast and that money was waste, no hot water in washroom tabs no proper arrangements for having shower, bedsheets, quilt and sofa have scars from previous guests. Staff was not curteous, stay was all waste i would say

The hotel has best view possible in kasauli. Even the cafe which serves breakfast has a wonderful podium with a mountain view. The staff is exceptionally helpful around the clock. The best part is the sunrise which you get to see directly from the room.
