Casa Belvedere Luxury Villas

I came from Chandigarh with my friends and my girlfriend, but they didn’t allow us to check in. They should have informed us earlier. I had also spoken to them in the afternoon, yet they still insulted us.

Absolutely pathetic experience! The location is horrible — this so-called “hotel” is actually inside a jungle, with nothing around for miles. There’s no food nearby, and most of the amenities mentioned They guests by showing cycling and bonfire facilities, but later ask for extra money. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. This property is a total and not worth even a single star. It’s around 18 km away from Kasauli, in the middle of nowhere. Don’t waste your money or time here!

Hello Our experince was not so good . They dont have proper management staff . Even food was very terrible and we asked them to change they did not copperate. We waited 1-2 hours for single order to get and still very terrible We talked to owner also but he also not coperated well Over all experince was not so good

As market is away around 3km no means of transport

It’s a villa. Staff is humble. They try to help wherever possible. Location is good for staycation & doing nothing. Don’t expect a lot of services, however if you can pass your time sitting among friends or family in a terrace/balcony enjoying the greenery around it’s a place for you. Food is good, it is made on demand, but on a costlier side. Breakfast is healthy though it has limited options only. A kitchen is also provided in villa where you can cook your food if you want. Overall I am highly satisfied by the trip & thanks Dhiren & other staff members for being so polite.

Food ,amenities and services was very good but the location of property was very interior

Need to off-road almost 1 km as property is in remote area. Problem is with wifi which is required because mobile network aren't good at all. Staff is cooperative but very less option i'm food

Property and food was good. Staff was also polite and good behaviour. Only one 2 bhk villa has ac. Please clarify before booking

It’s an average stay. Pre booking from some good portal is a must coz you might get a non compliant lodging on arrival. Food options are very limited. No connectivity for room service so one has to go personally n ask for stuff. Lot many better options around in the same price. Good luck 👍

Property and staff was nice, friendly and cooperative, in house food can be improved. Looking for aforesaid changes and next stay!

Highly recommend. Will visit again with family and friends. You can enjoy music, bonfire facility available which made our trip memorable.
