Location is excellent, close to mall road and peaceful. Food was amazing, homely and without unnecessary spices. Caretaker is friendly and helpful, room was spacious, clean. Would definitely love to book again.

Worst Stay Ever, Should’ve Slept on the Road Instead

The place was downright terrible. There were 50 flights of stairs, not mentioned anywhere in the listing. I had a senior citizen with me, and we were stuck there because it was Independence Day and everything else was fully booked. The bedding literally had fungus. The staff couldn’t find a clean one. The bedrooms were filthy. The waiter even served non-veg food to my vegetarian family, insisting it was paneer, then just shrugged it off with an apology. When we reached out, both the landlord and MakeMyTrip denied responsibility. MakeMyTrip is basically a circus of clowns, holding internal discussions instead of helping actual customers. They vanish the moment there’s a real issue. Honestly, I considered filing a police complaint but decided not to waste any more time, energy, or money on this disaster.

Opulence kasauli has the best food for sure! The staff is so friendly and it is totally value for money. Loved staying here. Just 10-12 mins from main market and still has the quietest environment around. Best for nature lovers

The stay is really good. The place has been well maintained and the room was in really good condition. Although the location is a little bit in a secluded place but maybe that's its charm. You come for peace here. Special thanks to mr. Naveen. He has been a good host. The food is also good and the evening arrangements regarding bonfire were also really good. Only thing is it is slightly expensive compared to the location and facilities.

The property was really good. The food was delicious although little expensive but taste was really good. Service were good as well. Someone was available on every call we made but something could be improved like we asked from extra linens they said no earlier but gave after a lot conversation.

It was really nice people were very helpful staff was incredibly kind and the view of the resort offered a very secluded peace i really love the big tv also that helped us watch the match would for sure stay again. This was right around our resort. Beautiful view

Spectacular stay in kasauli

The property is so good and its located centrally yet far from the city hustle bustle. Really loved their in room amenities and food. Their open theatre was cherry on top during the stay.
