This is a 5 star property but it is more of a 4 star. definitely scope for improvement. games rooms closes early pool area feels claustrophobic and above all washroom are bit smelly

Overall it was a nice experience staying there. I visited with my family and i really appreciate the staff there for there behaviour / hospitality.. Quality of breakfast was not so good but otherwise property is good and location also good if you do-not intend to visit mall road during your stay.. coz mall road is bit far from there.. better you enjoy the property itself.

We recently had atwo day vacation trip to Kasauli and enjoyed staying at this beautiful property ( Welcome heritage Santa Roza hotel) located amidst serene pine inundated valley. The rooms of the hotel were aesthetically designed with great valley facing balconies to enjoy morning tea. The property was thoroughly clean and well maintained with grassy open spaces where our children enjoyed badminton in evenings. During the day there were plethora of indoor activities like swimming, billiards, chess etc. to enjoy. Special mention for the restaurant food quality and variety; just stupendous. The staff was really courteous and responsive and deserves an applause. Overall it was a wonderful experience which we would definitely like to relish again .

Charming Cottage Stay with Delicious Food and Lovely Hospitality

We had a wonderful getaway staying in a private cottage surrounded by lush greenery – the setting was so peaceful and refreshing. The cottage itself was cozy and thoughtfully done, and I especially loved the beautiful wallpaper on the ceiling – such a lovely detail! There was an indoor pool on the property, which was a great addition, though it did feel a bit humid. Still, it was nice to have the option to take a dip and relax indoors. Now coming to the food – it was genuinely delightful! The butter chicken and chicken biryani were absolutely fantastic – flavorful, rich, and cooked to perfection. Even the chicken nuggets were surprisingly good – crispy on the outside and juicy inside. The hospitality throughout our stay was top-notch. Jyotsna was especially warm and welcoming, always checking in with a smile, and the service overall was quick and smooth. Overall, it was a great experience – peaceful location, great food, and such friendly staff. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay.

groupIt’s not a 5 star property. More of a 3 star. They are low on staff. Nothing for entertainment. Gym, spa, kids area is always locked. You need to call the manager to get it opened. I asked for a tour of the property to which the response was there’s a pool on the first floor. That’s it. Food quality is also average.
