WelcomHeritage Santa Roza Kasauli

We had a wonderful getaway staying in a private cottage surrounded by lush greenery – the setting was so peaceful and refreshing. The cottage itself was cozy and thoughtfully done, and I especially loved the beautiful wallpaper on the ceiling – such a lovely detail! There was an indoor pool on the property, which was a great addition, though it did feel a bit humid. Still, it was nice to have the option to take a dip and relax indoors. Now coming to the food – it was genuinely delightful! The butter chicken and chicken biryani were absolutely fantastic – flavorful, rich, and cooked to perfection. Even the chicken nuggets were surprisingly good – crispy on the outside and juicy inside. The hospitality throughout our stay was top-notch. Jyotsna was especially warm and welcoming, always checking in with a smile, and the service overall was quick and smooth. Overall, it was a great experience – peaceful location, great food, and such friendly staff. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay.

I would rate them 3star and not 2star because of just the property, location, food and there amazing staff but not the Management. The property was amazing Location was just perfect Food was pretty good And a special thanks to Ajay who had been dealing with our needs, very polite and handling all like a one man army, serving all the guests, single-handedly. Late check out wasn’t allowed though the resort was almost empty that too on a week day. It was rude of them to call again and again though we explained the situation with train timings and we had nowhere to go but they were too stubborn- and this kind of behaviour makes me think if I should ever come back As this is not the only property left in Kasauli Also, High tea was not good at all. Sandwiches made of mayo and serving oily fritters - just ewww

We recently had atwo day vacation trip to Kasauli and enjoyed staying at this beautiful property ( Welcome heritage Santa Roza WelcomHeritage Santa Roza Kasauli) located amidst serene pine inundated valley. The rooms of the WelcomHeritage Santa Roza Kasauli were aesthetically designed with great valley facing balconies to enjoy morning tea. The property was thoroughly clean and well maintained with grassy open spaces where our children enjoyed badminton in evenings. During the day there were plethora of indoor activities like swimming, billiards, chess etc. to enjoy. Special mention for the restaurant food quality and variety; just stupendous. The staff was really courteous and responsive and deserves an applause. Overall it was a wonderful experience which we would definitely like to relish again .

I always wanted a break for vacation amidst the mountains full of pine cedar trees and a calm serene environment...my stay at Santa roza kasauli fullfilled my dream ...oh what a beautiful location and splendid property they are blessed with...I sincerely suggest that one must plan at least two days break at this beautiful yet peaceful location...and I must complement the staff and especially the chef for their warm hospitality and mouthwatering delicacies...overall a rejuvenated experience and great stay..thankyou to the entire team at SantaRoza Kasauli..and god bless🙏🙏👍👍

Overall it was a nice experience staying there. I visited with my family and i really appreciate the staff there for there behaviour / hospitality.. Quality of breakfast was not so good but otherwise property is good and location also good if you do-not intend to visit mall road during your stay.. coz mall road is bit far from there.. better you enjoy the property itself.
