Location is very good,services are average

Food was not that good as they did not have great buffet

The management was terrible, there was no water in the washroom, the room wasn’t even clean when provided to us

Location and property was good . But food and cleaning was not done properly. And breakfast was not good. Overall stay was ok.

The property has amazing view and rooms . It is clean staff is very helpful and understanding the owners themselves makes sure that you have a good experience. The location is simply cherry on the top . My family enjoyed the stay

A lovely room with a balcony, prime location, enough parking, nice people who looked after me, and good enough food. Could not ask for more in the busy cool (and at night cold) location of Kasauli.

Pathetic hotel. 0 hygiene, bed linens are super filthy, most of the stuff in the room is broken including chairs, they dont clean their washrooms, their chef is incapable of making MAGGI. Wont recommend it to anyone

Breakfast buffet was not available but they charged for the buffet, room service was slow, restraint food was not at all fresh.

Room was very well done. Equipped with modern amenities and very hotel like, along with a balcony looking over the valley. Enough parking space was available at the property. Food could have been a little better. While the breakfast was good, the dinner wasn't as good and a tad pricier than what one would expect. Overall - a good experience, and would recommend.

The property is newly build so it is very elegant and clean. The staff is very corporative also the best part is the location of the property.

The property is located at a good distance from the kasauli mall road. The staff’s behaviour is good and the property is also worth the penny. Overall good experience.

Property is nice but very badly managed and poor upkeep. Rooms were not cleaned, linen was stained and spiders were crawling, chairs had food spilled. Food was average. All this in 7-8k is highly overpriced. After some pressure we were given alternate room. Avoid

Newly build good property with bad service and average food.

It was worst experience to stay at Kasauli Courtyard bread and breakfast Hotel because the bedsheets were not cleaned, bathrooms were stinking, AC was not working and TV remote, dental kit and shaving kit were not provided in the rooms, however the same was provided on demand only that too after a very long time and repeated requests. The washroom door was broken.The food was ordered around 8 in the evening and the same was provided around 11 AM. They failed to provide tea in the early morning till 8.00AM. The hotel Manager told that the regular staff have left the job, and he cannot provide the facilities. It was astonishing to see that the same hotel staff was changing the bedsheets, cleaning the toilets and serving the food to us which shows that the hotel authorities were not maintaining the high standard of hygienes. When I asked the manager to provide me the mobile number of the owner, he refused to share the same. When I faced the misbehaviour from the Manager, I decided to leave the hotel one day before i.e. 16.6.2024 because the hotel staff may harm the life and property to my family.

Property is newly built & that's y rooms are spacious & caters to all basic ameties. But room service is pathetic. Food options are limited. We were informed during check-in that a whatsapp group will be formed & all the information shall be shared. But till check in no such group was formed & no information was shared. Rooms lacked towels, remotes, basic cleaning & mineral water. Had to call staff again & again to cater to these basic requirements which is frustrating on vacation as you expect to get these beforehand after paying 9k per room. Breakfast buffet has very very less options. Staff is totally disoriented. For sugar, milk power is being served.

The place was very neat and clean and specially the food was delicious. Staff was nice and mannered. Would. Love to visit again
