Dirtiest hotel ever seen everything in room was dirty cockroach everywhere if u ask for water then they gonna fill it from normal tap and gave it to u someone

only hotel reception area is good , rooms are dirty just like 2 star hotel Food is average overall it is expensive. only plus point is the spacious property

Not a pleasant experience..washroom was unclean and later had to request for room change or refund at 11 PM . Inconvenient and not expected.

Had a pleasant stay at Hotel Shivalik View. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was courteous and attentive. The location is excellent — right in the heart of the city, close to major attractions. Food was good and service was prompt. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay

Nice property, but maintenance is an issue. Rooms are not maintained properly, water leaking in bathroom, cleaning issues, poor quality towels

Rooms and bathrooms not very clean with flying small moth like insects. Towels very old and used

The property needs urgent modernization and renovation of furnishing and fittings in rooms ,seepage problem needs to be taken care of . More professional house keeping staff will be helpful

Very old room due for renovation. The reception and restaurant are good. Parking facilities are also good. The room size is spacious but the cleanliness is below average. Lining, bed sheets, pillow and towels are of poor quality. Overall the stay was poor.

Property is very old and not maintained properly and the same with the hygiene facility so not happy with the experience and not recommended to others

it's a humble request that they should visit the hotel, check the rooms and stay. My room's toilet had no lock. The rooms had moist walls. It was unpainted. So it had unhealthy atmosphere in the room. The breakfast was not to the standard of 4 star at all. It had poor spread.

Although the common areas of the hotel were good including breakfast (excluding south indian dishes), the rooms were average. In fact the furniture needs urgent refurbishment, no hot water were available although geyser switch was put on. In fact in one of the rooms(we had booked 3 rooms) there was no switch for the geyser.
