Property location is very good. Just 3 minutes walking distance from sector 17 market. We booked Royal suit. Room size was quite big good enough for 4 people. One big bed and one sofa cum bed. But bathroom is small and condition is poor. Hot water and cold water mixing not working properly. Water speed is very slow. Otherwise all other aspects of the hotel is very good. Staffs are also very helpful. we would definitely recommend this hotel also request hotel to do maintenance of the bathroom and also the lift at 4 th floor door.

From the point of check in to check out , the staff has been friendly , and during my short stay of 2 days , many of the staff started recognising and getting familiar.. be it extra food at breakfast or quick solution to any demands plus the rooftop restaurant has been the candy of the trip , tasty food with lively environment and live music gigs made the night after a long work day

The property is rather run down now. The plumbing seems to be crumbling. The service is on the whole good. The restaurant City Cabana gives great food. The other restaurant Flavours, where breakfast is served is dirty, and the buffet had cockroaches. The tea coffee and water is replenished only when asked. The only advantage is location. It is very close to the city centre. This was once a rather premium experience, hopefully they will renovate the property soon.
