The Orchid has an excellent location, barely 15 mins from the airport. As a brand new property, everything was new and shining. The check in staff was courteous and the rooms were quite spacious and well appointed. It might be the opening few months, but the property was a real value for money. The approach road needs to be worked on a bit since it is currently through the service road which is broken in parts. For a property as nice as it is, a clean approach would only enhance the experience.

The stay at this property was wonderfull Shivani from reception assisted us to the rooms and she explained us about the buffet at the restaurant which we really enjoyed with 50percent discount. The swimming pool on the roof is a must to visit spot. Overall 10 on 10 experience. Great vibes and courteous Staff. Will visit again.

I have stayed at The Orchid Hotel, Zirakpur twice in the last 15 days. The hotel is relatively new, very neat and clean, and the staff is polite and helpful. The food is great too, and I truly appreciate the hospitality. However, during my second visit, I booked two rooms for my family and faced some serious issues. One of the rooms had a lizard, which was very concerning especially with kids around. We also had repeated issues with hot water during both stays despite escalating it, the problem persisted even after changing rooms. Additionally, the internet speed was poor, which affected TV usage. I genuinely like the hotel, but these issues made me reconsider if I’ll book again for my next trip. Hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on the areas of improvement.
