We had booked a Deluxe King Room and paid the full amount in advance, but on arrival we were not given the room we booked. Instead, we were told to adjust in a twin room, with no upgrade or resolution offered. Despite multiple requests, no refund or adjustment was made. The staff was highly inexperienced and unprofessional throughout our stay. When we requested our car, they brought someone else’s vehicle and handed us the keys without even realizing the mistake – an extremely careless and unsafe incident! It took them 20–25 minutes just to bring the car. At checkout, they didn’t have change and expected us to arrange it. The process was painfully slow — they took 15 minutes to bring our car again, and when we finally got in, we found the sunroof left open. Overall, this property has poor management, untrained staff, and zero consideration for guests. Definitely not worth the money Would never recommend this place to anyone.

The Orchid has an excellent location, barely 15 mins from the airport. As a brand new property, everything was new and shining. The check in staff was courteous and the rooms were quite spacious and well appointed. It might be the opening few months, but the property was a real value for money. The approach road needs to be worked on a bit since it is currently through the service road which is broken in parts. For a property as nice as it is, a clean approach would only enhance the experience.

The stay at this property was wonderfull Shivani from reception assisted us to the rooms and she explained us about the buffet at the restaurant which we really enjoyed with 50percent discount. The swimming pool on the roof is a must to visit spot. Overall 10 on 10 experience. Great vibes and courteous Staff. Will visit again.
