Room was not so good there were no proper lights working in the room washroom also not clean flush not worked properly and jet spray also not working as expected and food is too expensive as per property services a cup of Tea cost 70₹ and tea in that cup is almost 125 ML and also taste was not so good same tea cost me 50₹ in while on the way to hotel and it was good and quantity is around thrice which they provided so overall experience was so bad not happy at all while staying there

I had an awful experience at this hotel. The hospitality was non-existent — staff were rude, unhelpful, and made no effort to address concerns. The bathroom was filthy, with mold in the shower and a persistent smell of sewage. The linens were stained and clearly not changed between guests. Housekeeping didn’t bother to clean the room properly during the stay. Overall, the place felt neglected and unhygienic. Definitely not worth the price.

The hotel is right on the Shimla highway so the location is excellent if you want to halt your journey for a night stay. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was also manageable. The parking space is also decent. The only issue was the bathroom towels were dirty. I booked this hotel based on its 4.4-star rating, expecting a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. 1. The room was small and not clean, with visible dust and stains. 2. The washroom was unhygienic, lacking basic cleanliness. 3. Laundry items and used towels were scattered openly in the corridor, creating an unpleasant sight and smell. 4. Shockingly, even before check-in, the staff insisted I give a 5-star rating—completely inappropriate and misleading. 5. There was no provision for food, forcing me to order from outside. 6. Given the high price, I expected much better service and facilities. This stay didn’t even deserve 1 star. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the standards.

room is neat and clean, staff is very good, overall wonderful stay .food was good so i recommended to saty there
