- Broken furniture throughout the room. - Cracked, tainted, and damaged walls and tiles. - Extremely unhygienic and dirty bathrooms and common areas. - Malfunctioning air-conditioning with active water leakage. - Soiled and filthy linens. - Curdled, flattened, and unusable pillows. - Non-functional canteen; breakfast facility unavailable. - Multiple additional health, safety, and cleanliness failures

मैंने होटल के कोई सर्विसेज़ यूज़ नहीं की मैं चेकिन करने के लिए गया था लेकिन वहाँ स्टाफ़ सपोर्टिव नहीं था होटल स्टाफ़ बोहोत ही था दो घंटे तक मैं रिसेप्शन पर बैठा रहा जबकि मैं थका हुआ ट्रैवल करके ग्रेटर नोएडा से गया था आपके स्टाफ़ से भी कोई मदद नहीं मिली

Weirdest experience ever. Dirty hotel rooms, unhygienic, live cockroach found. Not all amenities provided which were mentioned during booking through Make my trip. Rude owners, did not answer the calls- I mean if the contact no. for hotel is mentioned they should be readily available. Dirty toilet seat, bedsheets. Charged us almost 1900 for 3 star hotel average room. Broken door handles. I mean whatever I will write about it, will still be insufficient. I am just short of words to explain about my pathetic stay. Don't ever -ever book with them.

Very low class hospitality... Food quality was very poor... Dirty & stinky washroom.. spider webs in room as well as washroom. No bathroom kit is provided .. torned bedsheet... TV was not working. Also, there was no proper lighting.

My hotel is already book on dated 16/11/2024 to 17/11/2024 for one day. I reached my hotel timely but we have not provided room by jp vista hotel. Please give my refund. This staff and facilities are worst.

The overall experience is good, the hotel is near the highway. The staff is cooperative, and i enjoyed my stay.

Staff is not cooperative. Its really a bad experience to book this hotel. Don't book this hotel. Worst room. Foul smell in every room. No coridor ac facility.

Rooms are good but not clean and some cockroaches inside beds. But staff are very supportive. Approx 1 kom from zirakpur bus stand

There was no light in the afternoon, no genset backup was with them, no landline phone in the rooms, no soap no dental kit, i have order food from outside since cook wasn’t there, no lift was there. Washroom infra was good though, didn’t find tv and ac remote.
