Bathroom was very untidy and shower was not working. As per you no bath tub no hair dryer was found in the bathroom. Room ac was not in good condition. No iron or iron table found in the room. I pay 2253- rupees but it was not deserved it

1.The hotel is on second floor and haven't posted the photos. I had a senior citizen with me.No help from hotel in taking the luggage 2.Unclean and rude behavior by staff 3.At night 10 o'clock I asked for 2 spoons, the staff replied 'kitchen is closed' where in I never asked for food, just spoons.
