The experience was okay, There are lot of things that could be improved. Only suggest if there are no other options.

My check in was denied by the hotel and they refused to give me refund or shift my booking. Manager was very rude.

Not clean and not good behavious sataff staff rudely behave hotel was very dirty rom was not clean properly

Bathroom was very untidy and shower was not working. As per you no bath tub no hair dryer was found in the bathroom. Room ac was not in good condition. No iron or iron table found in the room. I pay 2253- rupees but it was not deserved it

Room is nice and spacious... Location is prime.. The receptionist is little bit arrogant. I ASKED HER IF I WILL STAY IN FUTURE , HAVE YOU ANY DISCOUNT FOR ME...THEY USE HARD WORDS TO SAY NO.. Rest all okay

Pathetic room condition, tv wasn't working, toilet seat was broken there was no mug in the bathroom. No one answering on the extension.

During late night check inn no one coming for my luggage. No mineral water on room. Hope they improve themself.

The stay was good and the staff was also helpful. But the furniture at the hotel is old and needs immediate replacement.

No breakfast, no water, no food, no proper cleaning, no educated staff, no lift, location is good but totally waste of money.

As per my experience dey try to serve. Best dey can. I should hv appreciate must. But dir food is bit disappointed according to my test. . I dint have a complain but i wish we could hv better food too dn it will be osm.

1.The hotel is on second floor and haven't posted the photos. I had a senior citizen with me.No help from hotel in taking the luggage 2.Unclean and rude behavior by staff 3.At night 10 o'clock I asked for 2 spoons, the staff replied 'kitchen is closed' where in I never asked for food, just spoons.

The lift was not functional and looked to be not working since long. The wifi was not given as the staff told that they normally do not give it to the giests.
