One of the third class hotel in my life.. bed sheet dirty cockroaches inside the room,toilet seat not working properly..dirty and unhygienic

Stay is good and comcortable

The rooms were clean and the staff was very supportive. We had a great experience The food was very good ok ok ok

It was great staying at the hotel and it's ambience and everything was good and well maintained in terms of cleanliness also

Dear Team, The pictures shown for this hotel do not match the actual property and rooms. The hotel is clearly overrated, mainly because the staff pressurizes guests during checkout to give high ratings. If a customer refuses or raises a complaint, the staff starts misbehaving. Additionally, the hotel appears to be commonly used by couples for short stays, and even the basic hygiene standards are not maintained — bed sheets are not replaced, and overall cleanliness is very poor.

Hotel is in 2nd floor .. they don’t have lift ...hotel charges per night is high.. I paid 3000rs which is quite high

Amazing service, Very Accomodating

Here’s a sharper version with your point included: Third-class hotel with five-star charges. It’s not even a hotel, it’s like a hostel. we were disappointed for hotel only in beautiful city. If you are planning to view Chandigarh with family, don't choose this hotel.

smelly room, dirty bedsheet, bathroom tiles are broken. breakfast not available. Lift is not available. AC was creating too much noise. Totaly waste of money

The washroom was dirty there is a dead cockroaches. The managers was so rude and con, he charge 34 rupees

Photos and room don't match. Ac does not work effectively. There is no way to increase or decrease the temp of the ac. It is fixed.

There is only one complimentary water bottle. I mean water is the basic need and provided the hotel charge is already high, how can they even charge for water bottle.
