Everything is fine but the electric point is very poor, coffee, chips should be complementary not chargeable which is already kept in the room, I think the hotel staff shouldn't have charged for the aforementioned fast food

As compared to my previous stays around 10 years back, sunbeam premium used to be my favourite choice. But when i travelled in sept 2025 this time, I've observed that the quality has massively derogated over the time. dirty corners, fridge wont work, doorlocks running out of order, breakfast spread has reduced. the only thing that remains intact is its prime location. rest everything has fallen in standard.

Location of Hotel Sunbeam is excellent - centrally located. However, due to architectural constraints, most rooms do not offer a view. Food quality and prices thereof are both good. The best part is their room service and the staff is extremely considerate about your preferences. Very difficult to find such good service in today’s times.
