Terrible Stay

Ac was not working. Water quality was not upto mark, fan was running at fixed speed. No soap dispenser in washroom. They provided normal water instead of mineral water.

Terrible experience

Hotel receptionist was so ruse. Firstly location was not updated due to which i reached hotel after two hrs although i was 100 away from the hotel. Then receptionist and his guy denied to gave us room. They said we are not dealing with mm t anymore now. Pay cash now we will give u another room. Then i talk on customer services of mmt then they arranged another room in other hotel. It was 10 miles from kwality hotel. So that was my terrible experience.
