To start with, there was no mention on your site that this hotel was under renovation, which was told only at the hotel reception. Our first given room had stained bedsheets and dirty washroom so we changed the room. In the next one, the same status - dust all over the room, not cleaned under the bed or the washroom. The towels given to us were stained and torn. Fresh ones were damp which we returned. Finally took only one. No toilet roll inside the washroom (out of stock so we got hand tissues). In the room there was no place to keep the bag open, no place to keep clothes at least hanging. The window had glass pane which opened to the outside corridor so it reflected outside light inside the room. This room was not cleaned ever since their renovations started. In short it was not liveable at all, we had sneezing all night long. This was one of our worst hotel experience ever.

Room cleaning is not good bathroom bad condition guests are not good

The room is good and specious. Neat and clean. Room service is very good and all staff are very polite
