It was a quick one night stay as we had to catch a flight in the morning. This property is easy to locate and surrounded by good shops and eateries. Airport is around 20 mins away by cab. Staff was nice and cooperative. Checkin process was smooth. Overall, it was a good stay here.

room and service .. staff are very bad and also the reception persons are not good. food were not good

Service was slow and staff behaviour was arrogant. Asked for extra money on ordering 2 food items. However breakfast was already added in my stay.

It is more for marriage resort. Rooms are good, but housekeeping is awful. No one is available in the evening. If you are with family, it is worth it, but for solo travellers, think before you book

I am a frequent traveller and stayed at quite a few hotels in zirakpur. Stay at this hotel was a nightmare as the electricity tripped off quite a few times and the air conditioner didn’t work during our stay. They kept sending different guys to repair the ac until midnight but couldn’t fix it. The next day receptionist told me it was all because of the fluctuations in electricity then my question to them is that why would you send different people to my room to fix the ac when it was nothing to do with the ac.

Reaching property was difficult no hoarding its located inside wedding venue, tried calling multiple times to reception but their was no response, front desk was rude multiple terms and conditions no outside food allowed, no hot water you will fell that u are staying in a hostel not hotel.

Locality is very easy to approach. Room service is very slow even epbx is not working properly. Room lights are not working properly.

Hotel was good but it was not a 3star hotel services were not upto mark but average place to stay
