Door lock was not working. Water supply not available in bath tap. Power cut 3 to 4 time at night. hotel staff was very lazy.

Rooms are not clean. Ac not working.

Everything went perfectly. The calm vibe and quiet setting made it a refreshing place to rest and recharge.

No water No Concentration on hygiene Factors So so feelings

The rooms were not clean and tidy as being shown in MMT app. The cutlery and food were average need lot of makeover and renovation.

Dirty rooms smoking smell led tv isn't working

I guess they should provide new towels and tooth paste and brushes etc automatically and with no extra cost in bathroom. The tv channels were not working.

They have very good service. Had a pleasant stay.

Bedsheet were not washed, room was also not cleaned properly.

People on the reception were weird the room was dirty there was no lift a guest visited us she had to bring her luggage herself no staff helped her

The rooms are neat and the service is upto the mark. We had booked 2 rooms. One of the rooms had a broken wash basin pipe so the water kept spilling out. The food served in the hotel is tasty and they have a variety of options and the quantity is also great.
