Ultimate poor experience

This hotel didn't provide us with a room even though we were having a confirmed booking. They even returned us the amount. Full booking amount was taken by make my trip, total irresponsible approach. We had to look for some other property after a long tiring journey. Really irritated with the irresponsible attitude of make my trip.
