poor service poor ambience no 4 star hotel i give 1 star only rooms were smelly and very old looking

situated in heart of the city,well connected and having lots of spots nearby as to make stay a memorable one. Food is very decent ,staff is customer friendly . overall your stay will be execellent

The experience was disappointing. There was noticeable dampness and seepage in the rooms along with a persistent unpleasant smell, and the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. I even changed rooms hoping for an improvement, but all the rooms were the same. The food was just average — not terrible, but definitely not up to the mark. The only positive was the location, which is prime and convenient. However, overall the property felt more like a 1-star hotel rather than the 4-star standard it claims to be.

The hotel is old and needs renovation. The ceiling and the rooms in general had paint peeling off. The bath fittings were inadequate.

Rooms were clean, buffet was very nice and full of variety .It was a good experience, staff was very friendly.

the location of this hotel is really great, everything is nearby, but this hotel really needed maintenance, a four star hotel cannot be like that.

Rooms are spacious compared to other hotels... The furniture is a bit old though... Room service was very good... Buffet spread (Breakfast and Dinner) was also quite good...food quality excellent.

Why, it happened always, that the room allotted to me is always inferior quality. Every time it is upgraded afer much request. This time also. Is it the practice which MMT and alloted hotels follow. Can some improvement be done.

I had a stay for the two consecutive days in the hotel, on the first day it was around rs 1100 cheaper moreover it included the breakfast also and the room was good but on the very next day the room given to a was horrible and costlier including no breakfast this time....
