Rooms were not clean. But at least they changed the room but the second was not upto the mark. Rooms not Maintained, furniture falling apart, some pillows turned black because they were not washed for i don't know how many years

Very pathetic experience room is very dust. Full washroom, entire leakage, staff, not cooperative very dirty, all entire mosquito and entire night. I am not sleeping very pathetic. Never u this hotel worst for money

It was really a worst experience with this property. Rooms are not even clean and also not good as it appears on photos. Receptionist have no sense how to interact with customers very rude behaviour. Food quality is average but staff is top notch arrogant, Unprofessional, Rude. Highly recommended that please take Dharamshala instead of this hotel.
