my experience with hotel orbit, chandigarh was super. comfortable and nice. staff was very sweet. prompt housekeeping service. Ravinder at the reception was also very very accommodating and kind. they even helped us and were understanding at the time of checkout and didn't put too much pressure.

room is not good condition. ek to good service nhi dosra refund ke koe policy nhi tribble 😡😡

The toilet seat was broken; the hotel room was unclean;toilet was full with mold. the food was tasteless, and the food service staff were disrespectful, particularly during breakfast, when the food was cold.

The room was spacious and with all the basic amenities . No complaints with the bathroom, linens were fresh and clean. The location of the hotel is very good. All the staff were courteous. The one area where the hotel needs some improvement is food. The breakfast was average and I wouldn't say it was delicious. But staff were on their toes to meet the demands of the customers/ residents.

It's good hotel to stay, specious rooms. Room cleanness not that good. Food service cost is too high.

pros near the airport and a decent stay with ac and food at restaurant cons looks like an old property with broken latches, no head shower atleast in the room I stayed in.

Excellent service. Good staff service. Food quality was good. Overall good in every manner. Room was clean washroom clean.

I booked six rooms at this hotel for a family trip, and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. Every single room we were given had major issues, and the hotel clearly doesn’t care about maintenance or customer satisfaction.

The overall room quality is average. Things like kettle, water bottles, were offered only after asking. There are better hotels with better services in the same area for the same price.

The stay was comfortable. It could be much better but yeah it's quite good.

Hygiene was bad. Bathrooms were in bad shape, flushes were not working. Cleaning was an issue.

Rooms are not in good condition. Basic things were not provided. No availability of kettle, toilet flush not working. Bedding in dirty condition. Ac remote not available. Almiras in bad condition. Overall a terrible experience. Won't recommend it to anyone.

The hotel was very basic compared to the charge for a night. The rooms looked very old and bedsheets were not neat.

Rooms are not clean properly bed sheets has stains bad bugs in towels there is only two bath towels, and it’s smelling

Very old n unclean rooms along with smelly toilets. One of the worst experiences in hotel stay. You should duelist this property asap.
