Bathroom are not cleaned properly.extra charged for drinking water .this property is like 3 star

stay was good here and also the services were good. property was good and also the location was on road.

Room was so neat and well arranged.

breakfast i ordered upma that was pathetic as i can share images too. rest service was good and ask for upgradation of room if available staff denied that is ok but there would be humble way to make understand customer.

It never gave, what he shows in pictures. Prices according to property is too high.

Issues faced during stay: Bed was very small, my legs didn't fit on the bed. AC wasn't working properly. I had requested a wake-up call but no one woke me up.

Rooms not clean enough maybe bedsheets were not changed regularly and air conditioning is not cooling properly . Washrooms needs maintenance shower head was broken . Mattress are not that comfortable. Staff trying to provide excellent service , restaurant food is average and overpriced. Not worth the money. It says it’s 4 star but it doesn’t felt like it .

My stay at The Altius Boutique Hotel in Chandigarh was absolutely wonderful. I'd easily give my overall experience a 5 out of 5 stars. Everything from the comfortable room to the excellent service exceeded my expectations. I particularly enjoyed delicious breakfast," "the peaceful ambiance," "the helpfulness of the staff".

The property is on the main road and 15 mins from station which makes it accessible. They had an issue with their air conditioning which made me change my room. Good for quick business stays. Food is okay and staff is polite.

Stay was good, location is easily accessible but food quality is pathetic specially breakfast. Even a single dish is not appropriate

Location is pretty good. However we had trouble with room allocation. Though are bookings were together we were alloted rooms on different floors.

Smelly,dirty , damp room for better room in same category charged 1500 more with big piller in centre of room but no choice Chor people should never been in hotel industry

My experience was super positive. Excellent hospitality services, ambiance amazing and about staff, staff were so cooperative and caring. Hopefully i will visit again

Hotel room is stuffy with no ventilation. AC barely works, does not cool the room. The food we ordered was bad and overpriced- simple curd rice for 800 Rs. Service is bad too, staff is disinterested and did not even assist in ordering a taxi to the airport for an early morning flight, despite my requesting. All in all, would not recommend. To the Altius hotel staff, please take this feedback in board and improve your service to remain in the hospitality industry.
