Overall good stay. Amenities were less. Cleanliness was great. Room were good in size and well maintained.

Poor Stay
Room one light had no switch to off which led to disturb sleep in night, queen size bed was not of adequate size, space was compromised for couple with 1 year old kid. Dental kit was not provided either.

Poor Stay
First of all it is expensive for the kind of room structure you get. Additionally, there are food items placed in your room like chips, soft drinks etc. Any guest would assume that they would be included in the hotel package and consume them. But you get billed for them separately with additional GST over MRP. And no prior information about the same. Atleast describe them in your policy. Literally regret staying here. Would have easily booked a 5-star for the aggregate price I paid here

It is near to Elante Mall, but the only drawback the hotel has is the size of the rooms. Staff is very cordial

My keys battery got down and I was told to keep it as it is without resolving the issue. My luggage was inside and door wasn’t getting locked. Food quality was also not upto the mark. Expected a better experience.
