Gud Loction and well staff very helpful and their bhk are also quite gud

The main issue is with the location updated on MMT. It's totally incorrect and this stay is in Dharampur rather than in Kasauli. However, the host was good.

The accomodation was dirty. Toilet and light fitting not maintained. Staff was helpful and nice. Ample parking. Wifi good. No hot plate or induction in room. Water filter leaking. Toilet dripping.

Location of the room was far from the mall road. Room pics and state showed in app were different from the real and the cost of the room is almost double. Better options are available near mall road

You're a fraud. Took a non refundable booking and the location was at different town all together. Please stop misleading people and exploiting experiences.

The location of the property has been shown incorrectly. In the application it is shown 1. 3 km from mall road, but i did not find the property there. When i called, i was asked to come back to dharampur and the person i spoke to on the phone was also using very bad language.

It was a nice place. The staff was very professional. The surrounding area was really good like the place.

Very disappointed, because i didn't found property location to the given shared location on map by makemytrip ( i struggled a lot to reach property location and i found no hotel is there as such kind of hotel name but different hotel is there called birds view ) although i found correct location by myself through contacting owner number. No doubt hotel was so good condition along with all facilities. Kindly share correct hotels location in future bookings to someone so that they don't get suffer what i had.

Excellent location near kasauli the property is beautiful rooms are spacious, the beds are perfect and the sheets were neat and clean. Very good.

Stay was amazing here with my family on 05july 2023. It was amazing stay. Everything was so nice the stay was realy 12:05 0 12:01 comfortable like home. Mr. Dinesh ji. He is really an amazing person, so kind & respectful. The complete staff is really cooperative & respectful. The food was very good & service was also very good we enjoyed the stay here

Visited kasauli with my family and pet. An amazing experience hospitality, cleanliness, and food are so good. Allthe staff were courteous. Over all memorable trip.

The hotel was nothing like pictures shared we talked to customer service as well but you couldn't do anything for us it is worst experience ever at night around 11. 0 clock with 5 month baby we were looking for hotel because the western heights is abandoned property we didn't feel safe to stay there rooms were dirty pictures were different

The location mentioned in the Hotel’s details place is wrong and the actual location is more than 12KM away from the given location(which was also the prime location). I booked the hotel specifically for its location and now I am paying close to ₹/- for every trip Also, this new location was told to me after I had already reached thé mentioned location.

Location information in mm t web site was not correct property was in dharampur and not in kasauli there was no property name on display in the property it’s distance from kasauli was mentioned in the website 2. 5 km but it is actually 15 km from kasauli
